For the plastic shell structure design, HONHAMN leveraged its expertise in product design, utilizing extensive experience and advanced computer analysis to conduct structural strength assessments and provide optimization recommendations. By adjusting reinforcement ribs, support columns, and selecting appropriate materials, we successfully achieved a lightweight design while ensuring the structural integrity of the plastic shell, ultimately reducing material costs.

Plastic Mold Optimization:

In plastic mold production, HONHAMN applies years of successful manufacturing experience to optimize mold structure, plastic injection, and secondary processing. By utilizing advanced precision machining equipment and software technologies such as UG and mold flow analysis, we effectively predict and resolve potential issues, shortening production cycles and enhancing mass production efficiency.
