HON HAMN optimize the design with professional experience and advanced engineering and provides high quality CNC machined or 3D printed prototype to hold in hands and make final adjustment before manufacturing.

HON HAMN creates custom plastic injection molds and metal stamping dies in detailed 2D/3D drawings and DFM report. Use Moldflow analysis (Moldex3D) in the mold design to ensure all designs are perfectly balanced. In-house mold trial with sampling and QC Evaluation.

Inspection

Mass production with customer’s approved design and samples. Post processing starts and strict inspection in every procedure of in-house professional testing laboratory of HON HAMN for high and stable quality production.

We respect and glad to work with customers around the world to strictly prohibit leaks and refuse piracy. Therefore, when receiving new development project from customers, HON HAMN is willing to sign a confidentiality agreement (NDA) to prove our determination to protect the rights and interests of clients.
